Cancellation Policy

All art commissions require a 50% deposit of half the quoted price to reserve a commission slot. Clients have a 7-day money back guarantee from the date of paying their deposit fee to cancel their booking, in which they will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations or Rescheduling your commission must be made by email. Upon cancellation, clients will lose their commission slot reservation. If clients cancel their commission after those 7 days have passed, the deposit amount will be retained. If clients cancel their commission and work has begun on the portrait, the deposit will be retained to cover the artist time, administration, materials used. I reserve the right to profit from the portrait in anyway I see fit. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issue(s). I strive for excellent feedback and customer service, so don't hesitate to message me with any issues. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, any payments made will be refunded.
