Pet Portrait Commission

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All drawings completed by Aubrey Frei (me) will contain my signature, this must not be removed. Prices are subject to change but you will not be charged more than what you are quoted. I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.

 

COPYRIGHT & USAGE:

I retain full copyright on all my artwork that is produced, including mock-ups and prints. When a portrait is commissioned I reserve the right to display it in my website gallery and on my social media pages. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me.

 

PAYMENT $

A deposit fee of half the quoted price is required to book a commission slot. The rest of the payment and shipping cost is required upon completion of the portrait. Final payment must be made in full before the portrait is sent to you. I accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Mailed Check.

SHIPPING:

Exact shipping cost is paid for by the client. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number to the address you provide. If the item is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please indicate the address at the time of the order. Items are shipped within 3-5 business days from portrait completion and final payment.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Clients have a 7-day money back guarantee from the date of paying their deposit fee to cancel their booking, in which they will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made by email. Upon cancellation, clients will lose their commission slot reservation. If clients cancel their commission after 7 days have passed, the deposit amount will be retained as loss of business, to cover the artist’s time, administration, emails, mock-ups, payment fees. 

 

If clients cancel their commission and work has begun on the portrait, the deposit will be retained to cover the artist time, administration, materials used. I reserve the right to profit from the portrait in anyway I see fit. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issues. I strive for excellent feedback and customer service, so don't hesitate to message me.

 

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, any payments made will be refunded.

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:

My portraits are packaged with much care however in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit please send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. The artwork must be returned to me and a new portrait will be drawn at no cost. The new portrait will be scheduled into a new commission slot.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

 

PRINTS & MAT BOARD:

Prints, handmade cards and custom-made matboard for your frame are available for purchase. Please remember though - I scan, create and print these myself and do my absolute best in assuring accuracy of reproduction of prints according to their originals, I cannot guarantee a 100% likeness due to scanning settings and individual monitor/screen settings.
